Information Technology Project Manager at Platinum Outsourcing and Logistics

Responsibilities

• Monitor the project schedule, including deadlines for each project task.
• Identify any potential issues or risks that could affect the progression of the project. And communicate these items with the Project Manager, and work to identify potential solutions.
• Maintains crucial project documents which track project progress.
• Support in communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
• Support in review of progress and to discuss future steps.
• Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
• Coordinates with business, data, and ICT teams to align ICT projects
• Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
• Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience will be an added advantage;
• Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, or related field from a recognized Institution.
• PMI, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or similar certification.
• 2+ years of experience in a project management role.
• Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Understanding of software development life cycle.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong people skills.
