Inspector - Drilling - 4 Posts at Public Service Commission Kenya (PSCK)

For appointment to this grade

A candidate must have a Higher National Diploma in Drilling or Ground Water Technology from Kenya National Examinations Council.

Duties and Responsibilities
This is an entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance and supervision of a senior officer. Duties and responsibilities will include:- 

• Being involved in controlling and inspection of the operations of a minimum of two (2) drilling rigs, or two (2) percussion rigs, or one (1) direct rotary rig working in the field; 
• Provision of guidance to drilling Assistants and Inspectors;
• Assisting in the planning of drilling inspection programmes; and
• Compilation of reports on drilling inspection operations
