- Must have graduated from University, College or TVET in possession ofa Degree,
- Diploma or any recognized professional qualification in their relevant field.
- Bea Kenyan youth below 34 Years of age.
- Acertificate ofgood conduct.

- Good interpersonal and communication Skills
- Goal oriented, dynamic, passionate and self starter
- Possess strong Analytical skills
- Computer Proficiency.
