Role Purpose

The Marketing Intern will support the development of marketing strategies and tactics, monitoring set performance dashboards to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, reporting, budgeting and project management.

Main Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining marketing performance dashboards to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Contributing to the development of annual marketing plans and budgets
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the execution of marketing programs and CSR activities
• Conducting primary and secondary market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behavior patterns
• Conducting ad hoc research and analysis as requested
• Tracking and Reporting on key deliverables

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and synthesize insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field

Relevant Experience

• Proficiency with analysis and visualization tools added advantage
