Job Description:

As an Intern VOIP Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced team of engineers and contribute to developing, implementing, and maintaining our VOIP systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or current student to gain practical experience and enhance their skills in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of VOIP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve VOIP-related issues.
• Monitor VOIP network performance and ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new VOIP features.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Document processes and procedures for VOIP system management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in VOIP technology.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of VOIP technologies and protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.).
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Prior experience or coursework in VOIP is a plus.
