Terms of Service: THREE (3) Years Contract, Renewable subject to Satisfactory Performance
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible, the applicant should:

• Be a Kenyan Citizen and possess a valid National Identity Card/Passport;
• Possess a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting/Finance option) from a recognized institution; OR Have passed CPA Part II or CIA Part III.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Internal Auditor will be responsible for:

• Reviewing internal control systems in operations and reporting on any weaknesses identified;
• Undertaking specific audit assignments and preparing detailed audit observations and reports as required by the supervisor;
• Reviewing budgetary controls on issuance of authority to incur expenditure and commitments;
• Reviewing internal controls on revenue collection and accounting from time to time and advising on deviations from approved levels;
• Ensuring that Company assets, plant and equipment, supplies, stores and other resources are appropriately recorded in the relevant registers and are properly maintained and safeguarded.
