Tasks of the 4 Experts

• Takeover of the team management to control the assignments of the pool of skilled workers
• Support for youth organizations in their professionalization
• Advice to youth organizations on strengthening their lobbying activities
• Advice on the development of participation formats
• Advising youth organizations on how to improve their service offerings
• Team building and development activities
• Support for monitoring and evaluation
• Advice on communication activities
• Moderation of leadership feedback
• Reporting support for BMZ and MoALFC

Requirements

Experts Qualifications:

• Education/training: University degree (diploma/master) in social sciences, geography or related disciplines
• Languages: Knowledge of English, C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
• General professional experience:10 years of professional experience the rural development sector
• Specific Professional Experience: 5 years of professional experience in strengthening interest groups and promoting youth organizations
• Regional experience: 5 years of work experience in East Africa
• Development cooperation (DC) experience: 3 years of experience working on DC projects
