Inventory (Stock) / Receivables Accountant – Agribusiness at Skills Geographic Kenya (SGK)

• A busy and respected company supplying animal health products, animal feeds, crop inputs, and farmer training is seeking a detail-oriented and qualified Inventory & Receivables Accountant to manage stock, receivables, and financial compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• CPA (K) qualification
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a busy manufacturing or trading company
• Experience in retail, wholesale, or distribution is an added advantage
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and team collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely sales/banking reconciliations and compliance reports
• Handle distributor invoicing at the head office
• Manage debtors reports and reconcile accounts receivables ledgers
• Ensure compliance with the company’s credit policy
• Process stock GRVs, coordinate quarterly stock takes, and manage stock purchase requisitions
• Reconcile inventory general ledger control accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations for Equity and M-Pesa C2B accounts
• Salary & Benefits
• KSh 80,000 – 100,000
