Investment Analyst at Leap29

My client is a globally renowned financier to distributed solar in the subSaharan African region. With a dynamic team based in East Africa and other operatives spread across the continent my client is a collection of driven investment professionals that have a desire to scale solar energy use.

This role will allow the successful candidate to work on an array of projects and contribute to all aspects of the fund, this will include overcoming growth challenges, identification of new investment opportunities, collection and aggregation of market data, build and review models, prepare investment memorandums and present to committee.

Requirements;

• Over 2 years professional experience (financial analysis, financial valuation, data analysis, energy sector and/or project finance).
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Experience in renewable energy and/or infrastructure
• Genuine passion to finance solar to help solve climate change and energy poverty
• Articulate and a proven problem solver
• Fluent in English, French preferable
