Investor Relations Manager at Lipa Later Limited

Job Summary:

The job holder will be responsible for business development, fundraising, and managing Investor relationships which involve advising investors and keeping them updated on their investment progress until maturity; In addition to advising investors on upcoming opportunities to invest, new competitive investment packages, and related company updates. This role will report to the Group Head of IR.

Key Responsibilities:

Business development/Funds mobilization

• Identifying potential investors/new business opportunities, negotiating and onboarding new Investors
• Private wealth management
• Monitoring the market/competitor activity
• Networking and working with people to get referrals
• Finding creative new approaches to business problems as they arise
• Developing lucrative incentives and bonus packages for third-party referrals
• Investor insights and scenario modeling
• Planning and conducting Investor meetings with potential Investors
• Emailing Investors to interest them in our investment opportunities
• Networking and developing a pipeline of new investors
• Preparing onboarding documents for new Investors from end to end
• Working with the supervisor to provide feedback to investors on updates on their investments and general inquiries
• Calling Investors to find out whether they are interested in topping up their investments
• Building rapport with Investors both current and new to ensure that they are happy with the growth of their investments with the Company
• Preparing and sharing with finance the relevant reports at the end of every month; Investments raised for each month against targets, and funds pipeline.
• Maintaining and updating Investor information records - amounts, dates of Investments, rates, contact information, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related Business course
• Experience in varied portfolios with a specific focus on High-worth individuals and private family-owned funds
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
