China Desk Sales Manager at CMA CGM

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for Chinese customers
• Develop strategies to attract further business in terms of Import and Export
• Promote non-maritime products (VAS) to the client and boost the revenue
• Study market conditions, its players, environment – product, services, and pricing
• Conduct market studies to identify areas of growth to gain market share ex Far East
• Prepare specific budget from /to Asia for the Chinese customer
• Set up market identification strategy to identify Chinese potential target
• Suggest and implement service enhancements
• Interact with Chinese organization in China and within the Cluster, to promote CMA CGM
• Analyze customer needs and requirements then offer solutions
• Prepare weekly the visit plans è agenda should be on Lisa
• Produce a monthly reporting to the Cluster Management on the china desk performance.
