IT Officer at Instep Business Solutions (I B S)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Officer for our client in Germany. The IT Officer will work with computer-based information systems, software and hardware, typically designing, developing and managing them. Everyday responsibilities will include: 

• Identifying technical problems 
• Deploying the appropriate IT solutions to solve problems 
• Designing computer-based systems or programs
• Identifying user needs with technology 

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in an IT field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and others
• At least 1 year experience in an IT role
• Basic German certification is mandatory
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Information Technology expertise
• Network Administration and System Administration knowledge
• Exposure to IT security practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., coding, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus
