    IT Sales Specialist

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist at Techminds Technologies Limited. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as IT sales, lead generation, account management, and communication. The role is located in Nairobi County, Kenya.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engaging with clients to build strong relationships and understand their business and technology needs.
    • Promoting Techminds products and services to allocated accounts and prospective clients.
    • Collaborating with technical and presales engineers to develop client roadmaps and create bill of materials.
    • Ensuring timely submission of quality proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
    • Supporting high client satisfaction through proactive sales engagements.
    • Contributing to account planning for strategic accounts and aligning sales strategy with company objectives.
    • Driving the sales and presales cycles to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.
    • Achieving sales targets and maintaining accurate sales forecasting.
    • Participating in departmental administrative functions and maintaining good relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.

    Qualifications

    • IT Sales and Information Technology skills
    • Experience in lead generation and account management
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Experience in the technology industry preferred
    • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
