Our client is a well-established engineering and electrical solutions organization with a strong footprint across East and Central Africa. With decades of industry experience, the organization delivers end-to-end electrical, power, and renewable energy solutions to commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The seek to engage the services of an IT Technician to provide reliable IT support services and systems maintenance while developing practical experience in enterprise IT environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Support ERP, accounting, and operational systems
- Troubleshoot system failures and downtime
- Maintain IT asset registers and system documentation
- Support data backups, cybersecurity, and access controls
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years hands-on IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of networks, systems, and IT security fundamentals
- Customer-focused and responsive approach
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
