Junior Graphic Designer with Social Media Skills at Sprint Company Limited

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer with a strong ability to create visually compelling designs and edit videos. This role will be key in assisting with the creation of high-quality visual assets for various marketing and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for both digital and print platforms, including but not limted to social media posts, advertisements, website assets, flyers, brochures, and presentations.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for use in digital campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
• Update social media posts with fresh content consistently
• Continuously update knowledge of design trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance creativity and innovation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Design Quality: Consistently produce creative, accurate, and on-brand visual designs.
• Video Editing: Deliver polished, engaging video content that meets company  standards and requirements.
• Social Media Presence: Have good social media presence
• Innovation: Propose fresh ideas and design solutions to elevate the brand\'s visual presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Junior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Ability to edit and produce videos with a high standard of quality.
• A strong eye for design, color, and detail.
• Familiarity with the latest design trends and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating social media presence, design and video editing skills
