Kitchen Supervisor at Mediforte Hospital

We are looking for an experienced and organized Kitchen Supervisor to join our team and ensure efficient kitchen operations and quality meal service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Do food purchasing and other kitchen supplies
• Monitor consumption and ensure accountability
• Cook and ensure food is cooked properly and served on time
• Ensure patients are served as requested
• Ensure no wastage of food
• Ensure the kitchen is neat and clean

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Production
• Minimum 2 years experience in a busy institution
• Good organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
