The R & D support mission is to support the Research & development lab, the innovation center.

Together with R&D team, they contribute to formulation in new product development

What you will do:

Support Innovation Center/R&D Lab organization

• Keep the Innovation Center in a perfect state on a day-to-day base (through 5S implementation.
• Coordinate with collaboration with the R &D managers the planning of the activities in the innovation center including check of spent.
• Support with the R & D lab activities.
• Inform the purchase responsible about raw materials needed for tests/industrial demos.

Delight customers

• Participate in actualizing events/trainings/Demos in conjunction with commercial and R&D teams.

Business development activities

• Participate in strategic exercises to develop new/existing customers, in close collaboration with the R &D and commercial team.

New product development and innovation

• Together with R&D team, develop new & tailor-made products, adapt existing ones & contribute to formulation of new products
• Contribute in the development process to product development for general market in close collaboration with the R&D and commercial team.

Technical administration

• Build accessible project documentation by using project management tools, formulation sheets, visit templates, test templates…
• Report all food safety and quality issues to N+1 and/or quality responsible and take immediate action as defined by the quality procedures.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Technology or similar.
• Interdependent team player: respect others, helpful, open minded, modest and integer, work in close collaboration with colleagues                     
• Can handle a very dynamic work environment. The priorities in planning change a lot and needs rework constantly.
• Strong communicator, able to connect easily with people
• Good organizational skills
• Language skills: English
• Computer skills and ability to use professional tools (Microsoft software, Odoo,)
• Proven planning skills with good attention to detail
• Flexible personality and attitude: open-minded, honest, social, respect, team player.
