The Machine Operator will be responsible for the efficient operation of both the Krones Labelling Machine and Shrink Wrapping Equipment, ensuring smooth flow of the packaging process, minimal downtime, and adherence tquality standards in a high-speed beverage production environment.
Key Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operating automatic labelling and shrink wrapping machines (preferably Krones or similar) in a beverage or FMCG setting
Strong knowledge of:
Label roll changes, label alignment, sensor calibration
Shrink tunnel operations, film handling, pack formation, and sealing
Ability tidentify and resolve basic mechanical faults
Good understanding of GMP and quality control checks for packaging integrity
