Job Specification:

Duties and responsibilities at this level entail assisting in:

• Undertaking cadastral surveys to facilitate acquisition of ownership documents;
• Carrying out Engineering surveys to inform designs and implementation of housing and infrastructure projects;
• Undertaking sectional property surveys to facilitate acquisition of ownership documents for the completed units;
• Undertaking re-establishment of land boundary beacons to facilitate implementation of projects;
• Carrying out necessary surveys and prepare documentation to assist in resolution of land boundary disputes affecting NHC properties;
• Performing any other lawful duties as may be assigned from time to time;

Person Specification:

• Bachelors Degree in Land Survey, Geo-spatial Engineering, Geomatic Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Proficiency in computer applications; and
• Fulfills the requirements of chapter six of the Constitution.
