- Jambojet is looking for a Lead Customer Service Agent to join our customer service delivery team.
- In this role, you will drive exceptional service delivery, manage aircraft turnaround activities, and uphold strict safety and security standards during operations.
- The ideal candidate holds a minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality or a related field, possesses proven customer service experience with demonstrated team leadership capabilities, and holds relevant customer service certifications.
