Lead For Cloud, DevSecOps & SRE at Diamond Trust Bank (DTB)

About the Role:

• Diamond Trust Bank is seeking a Lead in Cloud, DevSecOps & SRE to drive enterprise cloud strategy, secure DevSecOps delivery, and reliability engineering standards across mission-critical systems. 
• This role reports directly to the Head of Cloud Engineering and collaborates closely with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Product Delivery, and Engineering teams.
• The ideal candidate is a strategic technical leader with deep experience in cloud governance, observability, secure automation, and operational resilience in regulated environments. They will define cloud blueprint standards, guide multi-cloud design, enforce secure delivery pipelines, and ensure systems meet strict performance and regulatory thresholds.
• Together, we build secure, reliable, and scalable digital financial services that power modern banking.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Define and continuously evolve the enterprise multi-cloud blueprint, embedding regulatory and security controls across architecture, deployment, and observability layers.
• Govern centralized security and compliance telemetry integrations into SIEM platforms for unified enterprise risk oversight.
• Standardize build-to-deploy frameworks and pipeline toolchains (Tekton, Argo CD, Terraform, Crossplane), ensuring immutable and compliant delivery workflows.
• Define observability and performance baselines aligned to uptime and latency SLAs for mission-critical workflows.
• Leverage outputs from security and quality platforms to drive secure-by-default development.
• Lead cloud resilience programs ensuring DR, failover, and BCP testing align with regulator expectations.
• Lead adoption of predictive automation and drift detection using AI to enhance proactive remediation and operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, DevSecOps, and Site Reliability Engineering
• Proven experience with regulated operational frameworks (e.g., CBK, ISO, PCI-DSS, SOC2)
• Strong hands-on experience with multi-cloud, IaC, GitOps, and security automation
• Deep understanding of resilience engineering, performance optimization, and continuity strategies
• Experience leading or supporting internal/external technology and compliance audits
