    Learning Partner

    In this exciting role, you will:

    • Design and Develop product and technology focused technical development opportunities for our employees in Domains,
    • Foster a strong learning culture through clear expectations and the importance to Ericsson,
    • Manage technical requests within our learning processes and procedures towards future critical skills,
    • Partner with the Businesses on various learning programs, competency development, and implementations,
    • Guide and Coach leaders to understand the learning opportunities so they can support the employee experience via development opportunities,
    • Influence business direction through future critical skills, global programs, capability mapping, demand planning,
    • Collaborate and work with Global Learning and Development community and bring best practices to our Market Area.

    • Excellent presentation skills and executive presence; ability to confidently collaborate with all levels of employees including senior leadership,
    • Facilitate learning requests aligned with the business strategic agenda,
    • Advanced communication and coaching skills to be a trusted advisory for the stakeholders,
    • Strong technology knowledge and experienced to create tailored learning programs and apply skills to drive the business learning needs,
    • Passionate about technologies such as 5G, Cloud Native, Artificial Intelligence, Security, Machine Learning, and future critical skills
    • Working style that is flexible, accountable, creative, and compliments a dynamic environment,
    • Determine the key competencies needed to support the business and ensure the appropriate development are available to meet evolving business needs,
    • Strong listening, negotiation, persuasion, and facilitation skills with all levels of leadership and employees,
    • Works independently and collaboratively across cultures and organizations; strategically focused on continuous improvement is a must,
    • Work with a local and global learning team, while interacting closely with the business,
    • Influence and drive exciting & challenging learning projects, incorporated within our learning ecosystem,
    • Motivation to remove barriers and address complex situations with aligned and sustainable learning solutions,
    • Assists in driving strategic competence development to set up the business for future success

    Key Qualifications:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in technology/business and/or learning and development role
    • Background in these specific technologies (5G, Automation, IoT, Security)
    • Working knowledge of learning platforms to enhance the people learning experience
    • Knowledge of future proof skills to support the business needs
    • Strategic mindset and approach,
    • The motivation to drive a high impact learning culture
    • Experience in organizations that constantly adapt and evolve
    • The ability to solve problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
    • The ability to work in a team environment plus self-motivation to drive excellence on an individual level
    • The people skills and emotional maturity required to work with all levels, including c-level
    • Experience in partnering with key stakeholders to analyze people performance and competence gaps
    • The ability to identify, design, and develop learning solutions while aligning with key strategies
    • Embrace technologically enabled learning solutions, expanding the range of all future learning methods available
