Keeping an accurate record of all contracts, station and other company documents in the
Legal Register or Tool.
Maintain legal files in an orderly and retrievable manner
Ensuring that the Legal Store and other storage spaces within the Legal Section are well arranged with a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
Keeping an accurate record of all documents dispatched to user sections and received by the Legal Section.
Assisting the legal Section in coordinating the retrieval of documents from the Archiving Companies.
Ensuring a continuous filing of all correspondence, memos, and station files, due diligence forms, employee records, contracts and any other documentation to ensure the
Legal offices are neat and free of clutter.
Generating various reports and reconciliations as directed by the Legal Section.
Maintaining strict confidentiality of all information acquired during carrying out their duties.
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Record keeping or Inventory Management or an equivalent field / Certificate
with relevant experience
At least 1 year's experience in store management or recording keeping;
