    Legal Clerk Assistant II

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Filing legal documents in courts and tribunals
    • Maintaining legal registry and case files
    • Assisting in preparation and processing of legal documents
    • Managing court schedules and tracking case progress
    • Liaising with courts, advocates, and other stakeholders
    • Providing administrative support to legal officers

    Requirements for Appointment
    For appointment to this grade, Candidates must have:

    • Diploma in Law, Paralegal Studies, or equivalent qualification
    • Registered as a court process server
    • Valid Practicing License
    • Proficiency in computer applications
    • Knowledge of court procedures and registry operations will be an added advantage.
