Loan Collection Field Agent

- Are you passionate about fieldwork and ensuring financial discipline? We are looking for a Loan Collection Field Agent to join our dynamic team and help us maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely loan repayments
- Visit clients in the field as per assigned schedules
- Negotiate repayment plans where necessary
- Maintain accurate records of collections and client feedback
- Submit daily reports on field activities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in loan collection or credit management
- Must be a motorcycle rider with a valid riding license
- Familiar with Nairobi and its surroundings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
