    Loans Team Leader- Kiriani

    • We are looking for a driven Logbook Loans Team Leader who can inspire a high performing sales team, drive results, and ensure every client receives clear, fair, and suitable financing solutions.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in logbook loans or asset financing.
    • Proven sales team leadership experience.
    • Strong knowledge of logbook loan processes and compliance.
    • Ability to train, motivate, and drive team performance.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Station: Kiriani Fulfillment Centre
