Logistics Officer at Simba Corp

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordination of Logistics operations & Pre-delivery Inspection process.
• Implementation of Logistics procedures, systems, and processes.
• Coordinate the driver function in Simba Corporation.
• Coordination with Aftersales for quick turnaround time for company vehicles being serviced / repaired.
• Generate job cards for new vehicles and gate passes.
• Preparation of daily driver utilization roster.
• Coordination of Simba Corporation Group company transport function.
• Implementation of departmental cost cutting measures.
• Interface with other sections within the department to ensure synergies are utilized for the benefit of the organization.
• Continuously asses’ systems and processes to identify areas that require improvement and take decisive action.
• Maintaining good client relations based on service delivery, continuous improvement, and value addition.
• Ensure statutory and company regulations are observed in relation to Heath, Safety and Environment and NTSA.
• Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Academic Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management / Supply Chain / Engineering or a related field.
• ICT skills.

Experience

• 5 years experience in the Automotive industry.
