Machine Operator at Royal Mabati Factory

Royal Mabati Factory Limited Is Seeking To Recruit A Machine Operator To Operate, Monitor, And Maintain Production Machinery In Line With Established Safety, Quality, And Production Standards. The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate A Willingness To Learn And Adapt In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a production/manufacturing environment; experience in mabati/iron sheet or printing/metal manufacturing is an advantage.
• Ability to operate and maintain production machines independently.
• Strong attention to detail and systematic work approach.

Key Competencies:

• Examine production job orders to determine details such as quantities, production times, stock specifications, and sequence of operations.
• Set up, adjust, and operate machinery including rollers, dies, presses, and related components to meet production specifications.
• Monitor machine performance, including pressure, alignment, and output quality, adjusting settings as necessary.
• Inspect finished products for quality, dimensional accuracy, and defects using standard testing methods.
• Ensure manufactured products meet quality specifications and GMP standards
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols during machine operation.
• Participate in safety drills and report hazards immediately.
• Conduct routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance of machinery.
• Report defective or malfunctioning equipment promptly to supervisors.
