Maintenance Assistant at Stratostaff

Key Responsibilities

• Draw up a maintenance schedule for equipment as per the quality and operations manual.
• Confirm scheduled maintenance is carried out as planned to achieve full compliance.
• Maintain critical spares as per quality and operations requirements to support scheduled
• maintenance completion.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on all equipment according to standards.
• Verify depot maintenance operations meet safety standards by complying with ISO, JIG/ATI  and company HSEQ directives.
• Conduct a daily review of the defect logbook to effectively plan repair of defects.
• Tag and remove defective equipment from service to ensure defective equipment is not used.
• Ensure scheduled maintenance is completed on time and properly documented
• Maintain accountability for spares inventory.
• Maintain accountability for the maintenance schedule.
• Maintain accountability for equipment availability and serviceability.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive)
• At least 2 years’ experience in maintenance/aviation industry
• Strong maintenance planning and scheduling capability.
• High safety and compliance mindset.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.
• Ability to manage equipment serviceability and critical spares.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supervisory and team coordination skills.
• Accountability for operational reliability and equipment availability.
