    Maintenance Engineer- (Mechanical )

    Job Purpose:

    The Maintenance Engineer should lead and engage a team of Maintenance Mechanical and Electrical Specialists, ensure reliable and efficient equipment’s, ensure cost effective on spare parts’ and quick response for equipment trouble shooting.

    He/She needs to work well & together with shift production teams to continuously improve reliability of all of lines and equipment in the value stream. He/She will engage all of stakeholders and drive both Safety & Quality programs, site performance initiatives and CI of value stream. He/She will be is fully responsible for maintenance and reliability program, spare parts accountability.

    NAI Maintenance Engineer will be managing maintenance services and maintenance suppliers, plan & control related budget. He or She should be capable to build an effective team and develop direct reports and contribute site process technical training.

    Education, Professional Qualification and Knowledge/Experience

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanical engineering
    • The Individual must have at least 5 years continuous maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment in a FMCG factory
    • Experienced at using data to find the root cause of complex problems, preferably competent with methodologies for improving reliability such as 5 Whys, FRCA and ca FMEA. Strong facilitation skills.
    • Experience in use of TPM tools and continuous improvement concepts.
    • The individual should enjoy working in a dynamic and results motivated team base.
    • Project Management skills and excellent attention to detail required.
    • Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent team builder
    • Able to perform under pressure and tenacity
    • Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, consulting, presentation, writing, and meeting facilitation
