Manager at Platinum Credit Limited

This is a full-time Manager role based on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals, and ensure efficient implementation of company policies. Responsibilities include strategizing business operations, managing teams, providing leadership direction, and monitoring performance metrics to achieve sustained growth. The role also involves fostering productive relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality financial services.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, decision-making, and the ability to drive business operations effectively.
• Experience in financial services, including knowledge of Micro Finance products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building productive stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor performance indicators and implement solutions proactively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Familiarity with the Kenyan financial regulatory framework is an advantage.
