    Managing Partner

    Job Summary

    Ronalds LLP is looking to hire a Managing Partner who will spearhead the implementation of the Ronalds Kenya office strategic plan as well as take charge of all the operations of the Ronalds Kenya office.

    Qualifications and Skills

    1. Holder of a master’s degree from a recognized institution.
    2. Must have a valid practicing license.
    3. Must be a member of a professional body in good standing.
    4. Must have a minimum of 15 years of work experience with at least ten years in a managerial role in the professional services industry preferably within the East Africa region.
    5. Must demonstrate Knowledge of Corporate Governance/ Leadership/ Strategic Management with evidence of relevant training undertaken.

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Establish strategic partnerships and alliances for the Ronalds Kenya office.
    2. Offer strategic Leadership to Ronalds Kenya office team.
    3. Take charge of the talent and leadership development in the Ronalds Kenya office.
    4. Spearhead business development by identifying new opportunities for the Ronalds Kenya
      office.
    5. Monitor the processes and policies for the Ronalds Kenya office to ensure that they are in tandem with the current trends and the firm’s strategic plan.
    6. Assume the overall responsibility of quality management in the Ronalds Kenya office.
    7. Ensure that the Ronalds Kenya office has put in place a clear employee performance management system.
    8. Monitor to ensure that the Ronalds Kenya office has set up a risk management framework that envisions any possible risks and remedial measures to address the same.
    9. Lead the Ronalds Kenya office in innovation and change management in response to the dynamic practice environment.
    10. Manage and maintain effective client relationships for all the clients in the Ronalds Kenya office.
    11. Take charge of the financial leadership and target achievement of the Ronalds Kenya office.
