Marketing and Client Service Executive at Fanisi HR Solutions

Our client is a Marketing Agency that helps its clients merge their marketing strategies, brand identity and budget in order to generate sales.

We are looking for a Marketing and Client Service Executive. The right candidate will be responsible for marketing and growing the brand and for offering a positive and professional client service experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide a positive and professional client service experience
2. Manage client needs and expectations
3. Responsible for marketing Ardy(the brand) and its products and services
4. Enforce brand identity, increase brand awareness and visibility
5. Provide clients with technical assistance on products and services
6. Service sales prospects, follow up and close sales
7. Set up client meetings
8. Responsible for content creation, creating posters and social media management
9. Coordinate, organise and manage events
10. Manage client communication and inquiries
11. Conduct market research and report findings
12. Put together client presentations
13. Prepare and submit regular reports

Person’s Specification

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing
2. Must have an excellent understanding of Marketing and Communication
3. Minimum Diploma in Marketing and Communication
4. Has basic CIM qualification
5. Very good communicator with a pleasant personality
6. Firm and assertive, organised and attentive to detail
7. Strategic thinker and one who can solve problems
8. Posses great digital marketing skills. Use of Canva, Indesign and Photoshop are an advantage
9. Excellent with MS suite and possess great reporting skills
10. Can work under pressure without supervision, coachable, flexible and adaptable
11. Able to follow through and deliver results in a timely manner
