• Strong Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends and opportunities

• Sales and Sales & Marketing expertise to drive business growth
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid settings, balancing on-site and remote tasks
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with the beekeeping industry or an interest in environmental conservation is a plus
• A diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communication) is preferred
