Responsibilities

• Work across departments to develop marketing strategies
• Design and implement online and offline marketing initiative
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies
• Develop and implement social media strategies for our furniture business and workshop to boost brand awareness and engagement
• Oversee content creation and posting on Instagram, Facebook, and our website, ensuring consistent branding
• Create eye-catching visuals and compelling content that showcase our properties, services, and events
• Monitor social channels daily, respond to interactions, and build a positive online community
• Monthly reporting on marketing performances

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in social media management or marketing, with a track record of growing brand presence on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in creating engaging visuals, writing compelling copy, and adapting content to various social media trends and audience preferences.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
• Analytical Abilities: Experience with social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and refine strategies based on insights.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster a positive online community and maintain a consistent brand voice
• Graphic Design & Video Editing: The candidate must be proficient in graphic design, image editing, and video editing to create high-quality visuals for social media.
