Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our marketing and bids function in developing, coordinating, and managing the company's bids and marketing activities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Assist in crafting compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media updates, tailored to our audience's interests and needs.
• Digital Marketing: Support SEO and PPC campaign management, engage in social media strategy execution, and utilize analytics to guide decision-making.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Event Coordination: Help organize webinars and industry events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Email Marketing: Contribute to the creation and execution of email campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and retaining customers.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Customer Engagement: Facilitate initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Have attended or is currently attending The Chartered Institute of Marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about the IT sector.
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
• Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM software).
• Creative, analytical thinker with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Previous marketing or tech industry experience is an advantage.
