Marketing Manager at Gap Recruitment Services Limited

The Role

A senior leadership role. You own our client's marketing end to end: strategy, budget, team and results. You'll lead the social media, graphic design and recruitment outreach functions, and you'll be measured on one thing above all — the quality and volume of students and candidates coming through the doors.

What You'll Do

• Set the marketing strategy and annual plan across course offerings, examinations, translation services and international placement
• Lead and develop a team covering social media, graphic design and recruitment outreach
• Plan, run and optimise paid online campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google) and manage the marketing budget
• Direct field outreach to relevant institutions and professional networks, working closely with the recruitment team
• Build a clear lead pipeline from first enquiry to enrolment or placement, and track cost per lead and conversion
• Keep the brand and messaging consistent across all branches and every channel
• Report monthly to the Managing Director on performance against targets

What You'll Need

• At least 4 years in a marketing management role, leading a team
• A proven track record with online campaigns — budgets, targets and results you can show
• Marketing experience in education or recruitment
• Comfort working with data: ad managers, analytics and CRM tools

Nice to Have

• Additional language skills relevant to the client's international operations
• Experience with international or migration-related programmes
