Marketing Manager at Oasis Outsourcing

This role is for a highly motivated doer-strategist hybrid, someone who can build automations, manage GHL, update our website, optimize for search, post content with intention, and help build strong offers that convert. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes driver of our growth engine — working closely with our founder and sales team to move fast, stay creative, and build systems that bring in high-ticket leads.

Responsibilities: 

• GHL + Funnel Automation (35%) 
• Build and maintain Go High-level funnels for ceramic, PPF, tint, and membership services
• Set up automated follow-ups via email/SMS
• Create simple booking workflows, nurture sequences, and reporting dashboards Web & SEO (25%) 
• Manage Shopify updates to key service pages & collection layouts
• Ensure strong local SEO (meta, GMB, blog updates)
• Publish blogs, optimize Google Business, track rankings Content & Social (25%)
• Manage IG + TikTok content calendar (posting 3–5x/week) 
• Edit reels using Cap Cut or similar (from clips provided by the team) 
• Write clear, on brand captions and lifestyle messaging Membership & CRM Systems (15%) 
• Set up and manage VIP membership flows in GHL
• Monitor churn, engagement, and automate win-back offers 
• Support partner referral landing pages and tracking

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:

• Have 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM funnel-building Know GHL, Click Funnels, or similar platforms inside and out 
• Have worked with Shopify, WordPress, or Web flow 
• Understand SEO and ranking strategies (meta, schema, reviews, backlinks) Can design in Canva and edit short-form video content 
• Are extremely organized, fast-moving, and can self-manage
