As a Massage Therapist at our spa, you will be responsible for providing professional massage therapy services to clients. You will perform a variety of techniques designed to relax, rejuvenate, and alleviate pain and discomfort, ensuring each client receives personalized care. Your role will involve assessing clients’ needs, recommending appropriate massage treatments, and delivering high-quality therapeutic services in a serene environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ health histories, concerns, and preferences to recommend suitable massage treatments.
• Provide a range of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and relaxation massages, customized to meet individual client needs.
• Use appropriate therapeutic massage techniques to address specific client issues such as tension, injury recovery, or stress relief.
• Offer clients post-massage care advice and recommend stretching or self-care routines to maintain wellness.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by sterilizing equipment and preparing treatment rooms between sessions.
• Schedule and manage client appointments through the spa’s booking system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness trends through ongoing education and training.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Certified/licensed massage therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a massage therapist in a spa or wellness clinic.
• Proficiency in various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure excellent client experiences.
• Basic computer skills for managing appointments and client records
