• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Education (specializing in Mathematics and Business Studies).
• Valid TSC Registration

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact Mathematics and Business Studies lessons that challenge students to excel under the Kenyan curriculum.
• Develop detailed schemes of work, innovative lesson plans, and engaging teaching materials.
• Promote critical thinking, discipline, and leadership through effective classroom instruction.
• Rigorously assess and track student progress, targeting outstanding KCSE performance.
• Provide strong mentorship, inspiring students to reach their fullest academic and personal potential.
• Play an active role in departmental strategy, curriculum development, and co-curricular activities.
• Champion the school's values while fostering a disciplined, aspirational learning environment.
• At least 3-4 years of impactful teaching experience
