    Max Sales Agents - Bomet

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Help our MAX sales team achieve 100% targets by prospecting and driving leads to closure. You will hit sales numbers and exceed targets!

    ROLE SUMMARY:

    • Onboard at least 1 customer a day.
    • Source leads, develop and manage a sales pipeline by categorizing potential customers into hot leads, warm leads, and cold leads.
    • Follow Mawingu's CRM procedures for lead tracking.
    • Engage potential customers, to ensure timely sale closure and installation.
    • Attend all sales team meetings and provide timely sales updates.

    • Diploma or Certificate in IT or business-related field.
    • 1+ year of direct sales experience, preferably in internet or tech products.
    • Proven ability to meet sales quotas.
    • Competitive pay: Base salary + commissions. Earn up to 3x your base salary for 100% target achievement.
