Media, Branding & Content Creation Officer at Frank Management Consult Ltd

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Active content generation includes onsite photography and Videography, photo and video editing, conducting customer interviews,
• Create flyers, articles, brochures, slide decks, graphic design and as directed.
• Design branding materials including posters and banners
• Collaborating with other teams, like sales & marketing, construction and customer service to ensure brand consistency and visibility
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Assist with keeping the website current and fresh.
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Post new content to the website as appropriate
• Design and implement social media strategy to align to the company’s goals
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences across social media platforms.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content approximately 2x per week (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in marketing, digital media or related field.
• 4+ years' experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite 
• Solid understanding of video editing and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
• Proficiency in google Ads, google analytics, SEO, social media and content marketing
