    Media Director

    We are looking for an experienced traditional and digital media practitioner with a proven understanding of managing programmatic, social media, and digital campaigns across markets. The right candidate will demonstrate a combination of ATL, BTL, strategic, technical, ecommerce knowledge and communications skills and be proficient in all of these areas. The role is to work within our dynamic regional team, across a number of significant and recognizable global brands from a number of industries.

     The purpose of this role is Management of client portfolio, delivering on agency contracts KPI’s and maintenance of staff in the unit. Maximising agency revenue and business development.

    The successful candidate will be a self-starter, curious about the future of digital and work well in a team. The role is a great opportunity to join a team of diverse and talented people within a successful and established communication network of 45,000 individuals across 145 countries worldwide.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • New business – existing and new clients acquired and large volume client base
    • 5-9 years’ experience in digital media strategic planning, buying and client service
    • Experience in developing and executing regional digital strategies
    • Proven Leadership qualities
    • Ability to be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and organized across multiple projects with clients and various internal stakeholders and teams
    • Firm understanding of the digital media landscape and the drive to keep up to date with the latest trends
    • Excellent presentation skills and exceptional client servicing ability
    • Enthusiastic in seeking out creative solutions to achieve clients' business goals and objectives
    • Drive growth of Digital to at least 15% of Media Spend annually
    • Show continued improvement in digital to traditional spend ratio.
    • Gain leadership position on Digital media
    • Review current standard of skills and capability in the Digital arena, and up-skill to the required standard
    • Drive ownership and accountability for Digital with everyone in the team
    • Ensure full buy-in to the Trading Agenda
    • Drive process for sign-off on Money spend and improve control
    • Correct and accurate forecasting by Media Owner and Brand
    • Set upfront targets by client, track on a monthly basis and aim to achieve delivery by client by media owner.
    • Provide full assistance to the Trading Manager

    SKILLS

    • 5-7 years’ experience in digital media strategic planning, buying and client service
    • Experience in developing and executing regional digital strategies
    • Proven Leadership qualities
