    Medical Data Processing Officer

    Objective of the Position:

    Support Medical activities in the Youth Friendly and Satellite SGBV clinics. The successful candidate will undertake data collection, entry, data quality checks, analysis and reporting in the Youth Friendly Clinic and at the MOH decentralized sites.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -

    • Accurate, timely and efficient data collection and entry into MSF databases
    • Data cleaning through data quality audits
    • Responsible statistical reports from the data bases (REDCAP, PRAXIS-TRAUMA, PRAXIS-SGBV AND MOH tools)
    • Ensure security and confidentiality of patient information.
    • Participate in other program activities

    Requirements:

    Education

    • Essential: Diploma in Medical Records & Information management. Degree is a plus

    Experience

    • At least 2 years’ experience in data management and analysis.
    • Proficient in Excel, MS word, and Outlook
    • Experience working with PRAXIS, Redcap and other data software.
    • Experience in implementing Youth Friendly and SGBV activities is added advantage
    • Previous experience with MSF or other NGOs is an added advantage

    Languages

    • English and Swahili
