Medical Records Paralegal

What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional client service, acting as the first point of contact for updates and questions
- Manage a high-volume caseload with precision and care
- Use RingCentral and Casee case management system daily
- Identify pending medical records and billing requests
- Contact medical facilities via phone or written communication
- Review and interpret previously submitted medical records
- Enter detailed notes of communications with providers
- Set follow-up dates and escalate issues to assigned paralegals
- Maintain electronic files and ensure timely case progression
Skills & Qualification
- Experience with medical records management in a legal or healthcare settin
- Proficiency in RingCentral and Casee (or similar systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle heavy call volum
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and writte
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmen
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalis
