Medical Sales Representative at Home Universal

Salary: 40,000 to 50,000

Job Description.

1. Sales and marketing of the medical products in the company
2. Identifying and establishing new business
3. Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacist
4. Reviewing sales performance
5. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
6. Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
7. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
8. Implementing new sales plans and advertising
9. Compiling weekly/monthly sales reports
10. Develop and ensure that promotional material and collateral materials are always available
11. To direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
12. Review and analyses sales performance against programs, quotes and strategies to determine effectiveness

Requirements

1. Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing
2. Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in Medical Sales
3. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
4. Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
6. Strong product and customer market dynamics knowledge
