Medical Scheduler at Solvo Global

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily caregiver shifts.
• Ensure full coverage for open or last‑minute shifts.
• Maintain consistent communication with caregivers regarding availability.
• Handle a high volume of calls while responding to text messages.
• Take accurate physical and digital notes for each interaction.
• Update and manage schedules using Google Sheets.
• Maintain CRM records and personnel files up to date.
• Support general office duties and uphold BrightStar Care’s values.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scheduler (Home Health preferred).
• Strong multitasking and phone‑handling skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a caregiver, CNA, or PCA is a plus.
• Full availability for the scheduled hours (not suitable for students).
