Merchandising Project Manager at Amplus International Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• General coordination of the project execution by ensuring compliance with the duly signed project execution manual
• Collecting and interpreting data, analyzing results, and reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
• Ensuring that the objectives of the project are achieved and that the client’s expectations are exceeded through excellence in execution.
• Quality control for the projects through effective monitoring and evaluation as per set guidelines.
• Effective resource allocation and management to ensure operational and cost-efficiency.
• Maintenance of team discipline
• Ensuring accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports are shared with the stakeholders
• Building and managing positive relationships with trade partners and client representatives
• Ensuring the agency management receives a constant briefing on the progress of the project.
• Identifying patterns and trends in data sets, defining new data collection and analysis processes.
• Any other duty assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, and statistics, or any related field.
• Must have a background in data analysis and well acquitted with excel and PowerPoint
• Ready to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• A minimum of two years as a merchandising Project Manager.
• Ability to analyze large datasets.
• An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
• Must be a Kenyan over 26 years of age.
• Exceptional people management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be creative and detail-orientated
