About the job

• Support the daily work of the communications team to deliver a high-quality, responsive service.
• Work closely with teams across the organization to deliver content for communications channels including the website, social media, and newsletters.
• Help to plan and schedule content for the corporate social media account.
• Support work on the information bulletins that go to trusts, working with colleagues using our email platform. 
• Support the production of digital and print publications.
• Work closely with our designer and communications officers to develop and maintain an image library for use across all channels. 
• Support the marketing manager to coordinate marketing activity across all channels for the annual events programme, including our flagship annual conference and exhibition.
• Ensure that the communications data and information channels are kept up to date, including monitoring the comms inbox and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Leading on office administration such as raising orders and ensuring invoices are paid.
• Onsite support at events.
• Supporting the uploading of information to the website including blogs, press releases, and briefings.
• Help with the collation of a range of performance indicators that are monitored and evaluated to measure the impact of our communications activities.
• Provide support to the director of communications and the head of communications with team-based management and administration, including maintaining our work and corporate planners.
