Monetary and Financial Statistics Consultant Trainer at Indepth Research Services (IRES)

We are seeking a Monetary and Financial Statistics Consultant Trainer to design and deliver specialized training on the compilation, analysis, and interpretation of monetary and financial statistics in line with CBK and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update training modules on monetary aggregates, financial sector statistics, and data reporting frameworks.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to professionals in banking, finance, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide practical exercises in data collection, validation, and statistical analysis.
• Guide participants in aligning reporting practices with CBK, IFRS, and IMF guidelines.
• Integrate current best practices and regulatory updates into training programs.
• Evaluate training impact and refine content based on participant feedback.
• Support organizations in building robust financial data management systems.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in monetary statistics, financial analysis, or central banking.
• Experience in professional training or capacity building.
• Proficiency in statistical software and data management tools.
• Deep understanding of CBK and international reporting standards.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
